1. What's another way we can organize your computers? 

- You can put your information into a flash drive or add the websites to your favorite on your computer.

2.What about email? 

-Emails I can organize by saving them on my phone,checking my emails each day to see the important one's, and the delete the ones that are not, so you have less emails to organize.  

3.Your Favorite Websites? 

- I just simply add them as favorites on my computer or my mom's computer.

4.Your Blog Posts? 

- On my flash drive,folders, or on "Google Docs." 

5.RSS Feeds? 

- I really don't use RSS Feeds.

911 Text Message Service Coming In 2014

• Most 911 centers can't receive text messages. But that doesn't always stop people from texting the familiar number in an emergency, not knowing their pleas for help won't be seen.

• A new initiative announced Friday will finally bring the 20-year-old SMS texting technology to emergency centers across the country in the coming years.

• The top four wireless carriers in the U.S. have agreed to speed up their efforts to support text-to-911 capabilities, making it available by May 15, 2014.

Netflix inks Disney deal, but no new films 'til 2016 :

• Starting with Disney's 2016 feature films, Netflix customers will be able to stream a catalog of titles from Disney and four of its subsidiaries: Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, Marvel Studios and Disney nature.
• Starz currently licenses many Disney films, in addition to titles from several other studios.
• Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed, but Wedbush Securities analyst Michael Pachter estimates it will set Netflix back about $300 million per year.
• If true, that would be about 38% of the $798.4 million in cash Netflix had on hand at the end of September. On the other hand, its got four years to save up.
• Carl Icahn bought a nearly 10% stake in Netflix and said the company is a prime takeover target for tech giants.

• Black Friday is the heaviest online shopping day of the year so far.

• More than 57 million Americans visited online retail sites on Black Friday.

The Use Of Social Media:

 

The use of social media in the hurricane Sandy helped alot of people communicate with there family and friends.Some of these social medias where Facebook, Twitter etc. This helped the family and friends keep in touch with each other, if there lights were out or if they didnt have any service.I spent Hurricane Sandy in Clifton and over there nothing happened.The only major thing that happened was a table and chair flew away and the lights twiched thats about it.

AT&T, T-Mobile Share Networks To Help Sandy Victims:

• Getting cell phone reception in waterlogged New York and New Jersey could get a bit easier.

• AT&T and T-Mobile have agreed to share networks in the challenging days following Super storm Sandy, allowing customers to use whichever network gets coverage in their areas. 

• Making calls across the Northeast has been difficult following Sandy, and New York and New Jersey seem to be the hardest hit.

• A quarter of cell phone towers were knocked out by the storm.Repairing these towers will take several days or longer.

• T-Mobile and AT&T did not give a timeline for how long this cross-company cooperation would last.

• On Wednesday a small group of U.S. users, allows you to pay Face book to promote any interesting pictures or any announcements that caught your attention.

• The price tag is a part of this exciting experiment, they are considering any prices for now.

• Face book does not say how may U.S users they are accepting they say for now that it is "limited subset."

• You are very soon going to start seeing "Promote" all over your posts and your friends posts, but for now its unclear. 

• This is a "test experiment" thats what Face book calls it, some people say "I can't imagine how I would pay to promote my personal posts."

Kinect Helps TV Shows To Your Kid:

• Television shows are now two-way experience for kids. Using sensor and voice activation in Microsoft's Kinect system for X-box, this contains two popular games your kids could play like "Nat Geo WILD" & "Sesame Street."

• The whole point for these two games is to have your children involved, and for the characters on the the TV to talk to your children and have them to participate. For example Grover will ask children how many coconuts are in the box(There are 5 coconuts) and if your child answers wrong then Grover will say "try again"until the right answer is given.

• This(Kinect) game will interface for pre-schoolers It will teach children how to use the mouse and how to use one of those of complicated controllers. Most of the shows are from the last season but the experience for you kids will be totally new. 

• Most people say that many kids don't realize that the TV can't hear them and might jump up and down when they have too. If you want to hear your child talk to the TV or friends, buy them the Kinect X-Box!

Summer 2012

Summer 2012!

In this summer vacation what I did is go to my country Dominican Republic, What I did there Is go to the A resort in Punta Cana and stayed there for 5 days, went to the pool and tanned. I also went to the beach and took lots of pictures.I went to an adventure that I will never forget I went snorkeling for the 1st time en la Isla De Catalina!I Literally jumped of a boat with the special mask your suppose to wear, and stuck my head under the water!I saw all the beautiful colorful fish they looked so innocent.We would throw bread in the water and they will swim up to get it and rapidly go back down and hid under rocks. It was an beautiful experience all the natural colors of the water, and the fish I will never forget that! My mother said next time we go we will go scuba diving now thats sounds even better. We had a nice time we stayed in DR for 1 week then the other two days we stayed at my uncles house that is located in the Capital of DR. Its really fun smelling all the food of your culture and the different environment. When we got back to Florida we started packing it was so tiring we had to pack luggage's and boxes and boxes and even more boxes!!Go to the storage, see what we wanted and what we didn't want,It was really boring and stressful but its all worth it, the reason we had to move here is because the economy over there is not good. And over here its much better, When I left Florida I was very sad because I had to leave my sister and my Brother-In-Law behind, but I know I can go visit them any time and they will receive me with their arms wide open,OH HOW I LOVE THEM!!! Im going to visit soon and they are too. Well thats what I did on my summer vacation 2012! (:

Nintendo's Wii U Hits U.S Stores November 18, Starts At 299.00:

They have finally invented a Nintendo Wii U that is out in the stores November 18,2012 and in Europe November 30th! There are basic versions like in white with 8GB of onboard storage, and the Deluxe model in black with 32GB for $349.99 dollars, they will ship one of its signature GamePads to the U.S. This is a touch screen controller that is similar to a mobile console or a tablet, it includes a via second-screen, that gives you a chance to play games on the handset instead of on the TV. Meaning you can go any where you want with this Nintendo Wii U traveling on vacation and even if you just want to relax and play this on you bed you can also do that too. This controller device has been lukewarm (Only certain warm) with many criticizing like its battery life.(Which lasts like three to five hours) Wii U owners can also connect up to four Wii remotes at once.Depending on how everything works out this new Wii can bring drastic changes to the Japanese company. The Wii U can be the Nintendo's greatest new creation this can bring a lot of money in the company!
